Scholarships for Students Who Actually Work for It

$1,000 for students balancing jobs, classes, and real life.

We Get It — School Is Expensive and You're Tired

You're pulling a closing shift, waking up for an 8 a.m. lecture, and somehow still expected to figure out how to pay for next semester. You've loaded trucks, waited tables, stocked shelves, tutored freshmen — whatever it takes to keep the lights on and the tuition paid. Nobody handed you anything.

We know because that's exactly how College Movers started — one broke student with a pickup truck, trying to earn enough to stay in school. Most of our moving crews are students doing the same thing right now. Working through college isn't a side note on your resume. It's the whole story.

A Scholarship That Values Grit Over GPA

In partnership with UniMovers, we fund a $1,000 annual scholarship for college students who have held a job while going to school. Not the student with the perfect transcript and a trust fund — the one who clocked in before class and studied after.

A portion of every move our crews complete goes toward this fund. So every couch carried up three flights, every U-Haul loaded in August heat — that work directly supports the next scholarship award. The people doing the labor are literally funding the scholarship. That feels right to us.

Who It's For

If you're a current college student (or heading back to school) and you've spent at least a year working while enrolled — this is for you. Doesn't matter if you flipped burgers or ran a freelance business. Work is work. The application is straightforward, no hoops, no nonsense. Full details and the application form are on the UniMovers scholarship page.
